Albitar Administratie en Advies ensures that your VAT return is accurately calculated each period and submitted to the Dutch Tax Authority on time. At the end of the year, we also prepare your annual report and handle your income tax and/or corporate tax return, making sure everything is completed correctly and according to the regulations.

The only thing you need to do is send us your purchase invoices and receipts. You can also easily create your sales invoices yourself in the Bjorn Lunden King software.

We take care of the rest: accurately processing your receipts and invoices, matching your bank transactions to the correct invoices, preparing and submitting your VAT returns, handling your income tax and/or corporate tax returns, and preparing your annual financial statements.

There are three ways to submit your receipts and invoices:

  • Mobile app: Take photos of your receipts and invoices using the KING Online app (available for iOS and Android).
  • Email: Forward invoices you receive by email to your unique email address provided when you start your subscription.
  • Website: Upload your receipts and invoices directly from your computer to the Bjorn Lunden King Software.

Send your documents quickly and easily in the way that works best for you.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your membership will end at the end of the month in which you cancel, so you’re not tied to a long-term contract.


Everything you need to keep your bookkeeping fully organized:

  • Use of the web platform and the mobile app.
  • Daily processing of your purchase invoices, sales invoices, and bank transactions.
  • Periodic VAT returns.
  • Preparation of your annual financial statements.

We can also assist you with the following services:

  • Payroll administration for businesses with employees.
  • OSS VAT returns for e-commerce businesses.
  • Income tax returns for directors and major shareholders (DGA) and their partners (Holding B.V.).
  • Corporate tax returns for private limited companies (B.V.).
  • Tax and financial advice for more complex matters, such as converting a sole proprietorship into a B.V., profitability forecasts, and support with financing applications (business plans). Please note: these services involve additional costs.

No, in principle you don’t need any additional accounting software. Everything most entrepreneurs need to manage their administration is fully available within the Bjorn Lunden King Software.

We offer a direct bank connection with all Dutch banks through our partner Klarna Open Banking. This includes:

  • ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, ABN Amro
  • bunq, ASN Bank, Triodos Bank
  • Knab, RegioBank, N26
  • Revolut, Wise, Handelsbanken

Although most communication with our clients is handled digitally nowadays, you are always welcome to visit our office for a personal meeting and a good cup of coffee.
